you know how beauty products always make completely batshit claims? well it always annoys me cause I'm like. you've taken it too far now. I can't suspend my belief that far and now I won't get the benefit of the placebo effect. well I've found a convenient way around this where I now only buy muscle soaks with branding that's in a language I don't know. It says muskel it smells of something vaguely herbal, if I don't think too hard about it I can definitely believe the rest of that says something kind of believable about how this is gonna reduce muscle spasms. get ready for slightly increased symptom reduction from that hot bath.

I'm sure this traditional herbal remedy does have a good evidence base #too bad i can't check as i don't know what that's a picture of and can't read the desc. mysterious muscle fixing herb get ready to heal me #i will not be comparing the bottle to the english version and acknowledging that this is the same as every other herbal bath soak #nope. there is clearly believable science lurking just beyond the limits of my understanding. if only i read german #can't say i recommend this tbh.i have pretty bad allergies to some beauty products and am taking 'not being itchy' in to my hands everytime #it won't kill me but it will make my skin swollen and itchy. but hey. that's the price you pay for the suspension of belief
